My Three User Names

The user names are very important because they are used for security and personality purpose. If there is important data in a system, you can use your unique details to pretend who steal your user names.
I want to share my little stories about my user names here.

The first user name from the taobao which is a Chinese website for online shopping similar to eBay and Amazon that is operated in China by Alibaba Group. I always forgot my username so I had to change the easy name in order to easily to remember.

The second one is my facebook. I used my real name as the username of facebook in order to my friends can conbeniently find me. I also put my nickname as unofficial name for Instagram.

The last one is my BIS4875 official forum. The username is my ID name in order to the professor and schoolmates can contact me immediately.

In a world, if you have forgot your username, you can e-mail you a list with all usernames tied to your e-mail address. My username are almost same because I have forgetfulness sometimes.

My Sister's Shopping Habit

Needs are the basic human requirements such as foods,water, clothing and so on. Demands are wants for specific products backed by an ability to pay. For instance, some people want to buy a luxury product, only a few can buy one. Companies must measure not only how many people want their product, but also how many are willing and able to buy it.

Beauty is a woman's nature, this innate trait provides the possibility to expand the scope of consumption. Each five seconds, a woman would want a shopping. This obsession even more than to get along with their partner. It seems that every woman is a "shopaholic". So does my sister.

My sister focuses on the design of product.  She likes to solicit the views of others, so some shops train the purchasing guide to recommend other products to her. However, she does not like the sellers who too aggressive usually make her angry. She wants to learn more about features and benefits of product. Let the shopping experience more interactive.

In the contemporary society, the internet has been into each corner of life of the masses. The high-tech products has been completed from the original into the public view. With the development of e-commerce,online shopping has gradually become a kind of mass consumption. My sister focuses on the discount product, new arrival and uses the shopping to release the stress. 

In short, the network shopping women group as the main objective of consumption. Women are born shopping crazy, the shopping frenzy is  far more than other hobbies.

My last three devices

Technological change is seen as a social process which is constant changed with the cultural crises, political institutions or marketing direction. Nowadays,  the technology and human life are inseparable.

My last three devices as shown below:1) Iphone 4 with 16 GB,  I got it when I was first year in the Assumption University as a gift for my family. Here are some weakness of iphone4:

    Firstly, for lack of space, the multimedia messaging service and photos is really limitted.
    Secondly, for low quality of pixel. The colour is very far away from the original object and the front-facing camera is not clear when i used at the dark conditions.
    Later,  I gave it for my grandmother.

2) Adaptor plug, I got it last year in China. And my friend did not take away the plug when she graduated.Therefore, I keep them at my dormitory now.

3) Galaxy note 2 which is a smartphone that I bought.  Unfortunately, its screen was broken by myself, and the hands-free ear piece was also broken. However, it still can make or receive calls.

How can I practice green computing?

How can I practice green computing?

Green computing is environmentally responsible use of computers and resources. To use the disposing of computer devices in a way to reduces environmental impact. I would like to share my own experience to protect environment by using green computing.

Firstly, I change the LCD monitor to LED monitor so that save the energy and limited resources.

Secondly, I use the energy efficient notebook computers instead of desktop computers.

Thirdly, I always turn off my computers at the end of every day. 

Then, when I need to print the documents, I use both sides of papers to reduce paper consumption.

According the knowledge of green computing and information technology, we should be more eco-friendly and keep our devices safe and secure.Simply by thinking critically, you can help to make a huge difference to maintain the unique environment. And by doing so, we make the world a cleaner house for everyone. Let us contribute own responsibility to protect the environment on order to sustain further.

From the presentation of strategic technology management, it is great pleasure for me to introduce
the core competence with ERP.

The core competence of a typical organization is not business software development. With ERP system, the focus of information systems has shifted from an IT issue to a business system challenge. Not only ERP systems can be regarded to overcome internal software management problems, but although the cost of implementing, selecting and adapting, ERP software packages are high.

Secondly, ERP also has some risks. Such as the high costs of implementation and consultancy, the integration of business functions and so on.

 In my conclusion, I point out the competition advantages of ERP. However, I think I need to learn more professional knowledge about information technology. I hope I could use the simple things to explain my thoughts next time.

  

My ( IT) plan B

   In order to prevent unexpected situation, my photos and videos were lost when , I used to download photos from mobile phone to computers. And I have the pan B, if my computer is broken on emergency circumstances,for example,similar to an easily spread disease, computer virus goes from computer to computer, either adding to or changing the tasks a program is designed to do, I usually prepare the mobile hard disk drive in case of need.

      Secondly, when the new semester is started, I not only read the outline or powerpoint in the website, I also download them and print it. I remembered last semester, I wanted to print the documents from website, but the website was broken, I could not open it. 

       I think plan B can manages my growth, it can help me assess and monitor how I am currently evolving and how it will continue to grow into the future.Also I get a position of greater profitability and heightened competence. It is a proactive action.

Intangible assets are patents, trademarks,copyright and brand recognition and so on. For my family, we use the IT technology to maximise to protect the digital assets. The weibo app is so popular in China, people use it to record the emotion and feeling in daily life. When i send the picture in weibo every time, i always put the logo in the lower right corner.

In the other hand, I also put the pictures in the Wechat app, then i delete the photos of phone to save the storage. And i download them from mobile phone to computer. My father bought the mobile hard disk drive to save the photos.

                             

           

The mobile hard disk drive has lots of advantages, Such as the large capacities, high speed. easy to use and flexibility. Buying the mobile hard disk is very easy. You can find in many computer stores and give you convenience.

MY MOST MEMORABLE (DIGITAL) EXPERIENCE


My most memorable experience is i Movie. I made videos from i movie by myself.  The process is not complicated. iMovie let me enjoy my own video like never before. Such as share my love moments and make the original HD movies with my friends.

Also I can post them on the website for some loyal fans to see my daily life and make lots of friends who have same hobbies and interests with me. I have never been easier to make it in the movie. Just choose some pictures you want to use and add effects and music.

However, when i used iMovie at the first time, i had some problems about the clip. The gap between the sound and the pictures. Then I update the app, the process of new one is easer than before.  Now, I also make the video to record my life.

     With the information technology, communication become more quick and convenient. I can use internet to directly communicate with my mom. We contact everyday in Wechat App to share things.

This application is free to install and we can meet friends no matter where we are.

It provides different features, like the voice call, moments, group chat and so on. Sometimes, my mom use the E-commerce to transfer money to me use in easily.

Finally, I appreciate information technology enriched my life and get happiness and achieve the balance of technology and life. My mother reduce worries gradually when she uses wechat to talk with me.
